Tensions - Systems - Mindsets

Let me explore this week my understandings of these three words and how they relate to #organisationaldevelopment (organisational gardening). Maybe these are not the words I need to make a positive change in a system that is in crisis.

Human systems are complex. They are created by us interacting in certain ways. It is the expression of how we do things. How we relate to each other, and hence, in the way we see each other and stories I make up about you, me and us.

So mindsets, world views and the stories that we make in our head guide, the creation of and our ways of expressing within, a system. So what is the story behind the solution to a tension? What is the story of this system? What are the stories in your head that make you see and behave this way in the world?
