Tense Material Heritage

Tense Material Heritage is the latest addition to the iconic Tense table collection, designed by Piergiorgio Cazzaniga and Michele Cazzaniga for MDF Italia.

Preserving the minimal architecture typical of the collection, Tense Material Heritage introduces a new and exclusive finish for the tabletop. Available in thermo-treated oak or black-stained oak, the wood is entirely hand-carved over several hours using the "sgorbiatura" technique, which creates a wavy effect.

Touching this irregular surface with your hand is like a journey back in time, evoking unique and personal sensations from the past. The high level of craftsmanship behind Tense Material Heritage and the attention to every single detail give each table with a sense of exclusivity, while the modern and refined design makes it suitable for a variety of settings and styles.
