- Otherwise if you don't move out and not deposit in escrow your landlord will have to file a lawsuit against you its calls an unlawful detainer suit, which might damage your credit or ability to rent another place
Tenant Eviction Notice for Cause
There are, in general three different types of eviction notices that you may received
- "Pay Rent or Quit"
- "Cure or Quit" Notices are typically sent out tenants that have violated a condition or specific terms in the lease.
- "Unconditional Quit "notices. They are the worst to receive, these notices give no chance for the tenant to correct any wrong and generally leave no doors open to keep the tenancy continuing...
