Tenacity: The Word of Our Decade

When I look back on our Decade of Innovative Architecture, which is how we have come to define the first ten years of the IPDC architectural practice, the word tenacity comes to mind. Not for its play on words, but for its apt description of our firms determination to realise our goal of being innovative, in creating built environments that foster growth and productivity.

Through tenacity, we have proven our firms ability to successfully navigate the unique constraints of an increasingly complex building and construction industry in Kenya and the wider East Africa. Through tenacity, we have developed a deep understanding of client imperatives and become a strategic collaborator and trusted advisor to leading, large scale, residential, commercial and mixed used development, real estate and property developers, who continue to entrust our innovative team, with realising their worldview, in the built environment.

You guessed it! It is also through tenacity and its reciprocity by the our valued clients and industry partners, that IPDC has reached the ten year milestone. As we celebrate this achievement, I take the opportunity to thank our clients, construction industry partners and our very dedicated team, for being part of this incredible journey.
