Interesting post Kurt. I've never been able to finish "Start with Why" though. I think it's because the author shares some of his opinions as assertions...but I didn't agree with them. Maybe it's time to pick it up again?

"Drive" and "Start with Why" are excellent. There are a couple on here I haven't hit yet, so I'll add them to my summer reading list. Thanks for sharing Kurt!

Great list! I'll have to fill in the blanks on my shelf. I've heard feedback that some demographics recoil from "Extreme Ownership" on the basis of cultural trappings, from the "Extreme" in the title to the prominence of the Navy Seal experience throughout. (I've alienated at least one person by recommending it, though I'm glad they were comfortable enough with me to be open about this.) I still believe that most of the principles embodied are both valid and useful. Would you have any advice on how to present this title in a broadly approachable and welcoming way?
