With a little help from the US Constitution, the Magna Tate and the Democratic People's Republic of Korea here are my Ten Laws of Mars:


"We the People of Mars, in Order to form the perfect Society promise to think and act according to the Ten Laws of Mars."


1. Martian Law is First

2. All are subject to Martian Law

3. Mars, and all Life, is Sacred

4. Mars is a Free Province of all Mankind

5. Natural Law protects the rights of All

6. Public Distribution of Essentials is equal

7. Do Right through the Philosophy of Generosity and Hospitality

10. There can be no amendments.
