1 个月Nice post Sterling. As a former AGC and now negotiation professor to law students and MBAs, I appreciate the intentional and measurable way you invite readers to assess their work. One thing I would add: beyond reducing risk, how well does the legal work serve the interests of the client and particularly how well do contract negotiations reflect the client’s mandate? (A simple tool I teach my students helps them answer this question.) I praise you for encouraging GCs to systematically assess their work as you have.
