Ten life lessons from the game of golf
Lesson 1: Golf is a game where you got to keep your head down when you hit the ball. If you look up, you top the ball. In life enjoy the moment; don’t think too far ahead!
Lesson 2: The golf ball does not go further with more force. It’s the timing that is important, and a fluent swing is what you need. Work smart in life; just flogging long hours is not going to get you there.
Lesson 3: Different clubs are required at different distances of the game. You need to choose the right club. Life is also all about choices. Make the right choice.?
Lesson 4: Golf is a game of precision; practice makes you perfect to get the right swing. Whatever you want to achieve in life and in your profession needs practice. Take a leaf from the game of golf.
Lesson 5: Tactics is key in Golf especially when you approach the green. It’s not always about the distance. Sometimes you go short to avoid the bunkers then pitch on the green. Likewise, be tactical in life whether it’s work, family or friends.?

For example, the person furthest away from the hole puts first; the person who has won the last hole tees of first etc. Develop these manners in life also. Follow etiquettes and it will get you far.
Lesson 8: Golf score is kept only by yourself. If you cheat, you cheat yourself. Golf teaches you not to cheat in life.
Lesson 9: Golf is most enjoyable when played with friends. Surround yourself with good friends in life to remain happy.
