- Celebrate Success! (too often forgotten, or taken for granted)
BEWARE (Be Aware): Things to the contrary (i.e., actions and reactions – especially negative ones) are legitimate rationale and cause for concern - early indicators that the new strategy, process, goal, or system change is at-risk
