He's installing a resource for a strong academic program to be used in institutions of learning, even for the consumption of food, healthy living and fundraising opportunities selling products.

With schools receiving grants all over the country "TEN DAY GARDEN" is a great academic program being used for educational purposes in the classroom and after school programs. "Farmer Joe" will arrive at school, work or home planting, monitoring and harvesting in ten days. This process will repeat itself as students/users learn first hand how to make and sustain a garden.

 Farmer Joe is a Culinary Gardener producing salad greens on a new level of taste, texture, color and freshness. Upon delivery to your location the roots are still intact and growing. Farmer Joe's success in growing salad greens motivates him to teach and share with the world his techniques. His passion is to teach students at schools around the world in just 10 days from seed to cafeteria.
