Ten AI Tools to use in HR.

This is a very subjective list of ten AI tools that I've happened to like.
As always, do your due diligence before buying any tool.
When buying new tooling, I suggest clearly defining the problem you want to solve and then looking for a tool to solve it, rather than getting sold on a tool and then finding a problem to solve it with.
Always think about what value a tool truly brings to the organization and factor in all the associated costs with implementing a tool, not only the cost for the tool itself.
Not all problems are solved by tools.
Hardly any are if you ask me.
But still, here’s the list, and it consists of a couple of pretty cool tools…
Harriet - I’m such a big fan of Harriet that I’ve invested in them. The reason why I’ve done that is because I strongly believe in it’s capabilities to answer the usual questions we all ask our HR department on a daily basis.
Jellybean - “Manage, Design, And Personalize Your Employee Benefit And Reward Programs All On Slack” You had me at Slack.
Populum: People & Culture Experience - Am I a bit patriotic when mentioning Populum here? Perhaps, but they are indeed Swedish, and they are working on some insanely cool stuff in regard to AI. I’ve seen Populum work magic. (Almost black magic.)
Sana - Speaking of speaking a bit too much of Swedish companies. But I have to mention Sana here. Sana is going from clarity to clarity and it feels like they are being more successful by the minute. (I'm not saying that it had anything to do with me mentioning them last time, but…)
Metaview - Automatic interview notes. Works like magic. Sign up for a demo now. You won’t regret it.
Holly - HiringAgents.ai - Your own AI-sourcer that works surprisingly well. I wrote about them as well last summer and they’ve only been improving since.
Sapia.ai - Screen and interview thousands of candidates at the same time via text chat. Get a curated shortlist of talent with the soft skills and abilities you need. Boom.
Effy AI employee review software - Performance Management powered by AI. Claims to lower the time spent on performance reviews by 10X. That’s a lot of time. According to my sources, it works as well.
Scotty AI - Looks insane and maybe too good to be true? But that’s what I like about it! I mean, we need to have these crazy ideas and perhaps semi-crazy and sometimes a bit wonky products to push the limits. Scotty will help push the limits.
Fluently: AI English coach - Like having your old English teacher present at every call you make. Sounds better than I explain it here. Basically a smooth way of improving your language skills.
