Template in Contracts Management
Template means it is a one type of container or form in which we filled all information or tagged attributes & clauses then we used in contracts. Templates simplify the agreement as well as define the basic structure for a document.?
Template contains fonts, style, page layout, information and template type depending on conditions that means we used same template format for making agreement that’s called own paper template or while creating agreement we used counter party template format or client template format that’s called third party paper.?
In ICI system there are two types of paper or template own or third party and we can used templates in ICI?system and using word-in?file. In ICI?system while creating template we can add attributes & clauses in simple way.?
