20 Questions Survey

We are fortunate enough to be able to speak frequently with the large community on Tellmi. This year, we upgraded our annual impact survey to the Tellmi 20 Questions survey. We asked Tellmi users questions about their experiences using Tellmi and other mental health services, the challenges they face, and their journeys in seeking support. We were truly moved by the honesty and openness of our users. The results will not only help us shape a service that better meets their needs but will also guide us in finding more efficient and effective ways to collaborate with the NHS and other support services. We will share our findings in future communications and on our LinkedIn page, so feel free to follow us for updates.

Our Work

Following our first year of operations in Berkshire West, we created an annual impact report. We are proud of the impressive results we have achieved and would like to extend our gratitude to everyone involved, especially the young people of Berkshire West, for their contributions in helping to establish this vital support service. Our data shows that we have supported 1,387 young people; surpassing the number we were targeted to support.

Tellmi Research

Research is central to the Tellmi Mental Health Service. Our innovative projects address the needs of the young people we support, and the knowledge we gain informs the development of our services. We have uploaded a variety of research topics to our website, including artificial intelligence, suicide prevention, and self-harm among boys.
