Tell Your Own Story, What Makes Great F&B and The Future of M&E

We have had a busy few weeks on the Hospitality Huddles podcast and three fantastic guests to share their advice and tips in their own field.

... but first, we have now launched the podcast in video format as well as audio on the usual podcast channels, every week we will release the latest episode on our YouTube channel so that you can watch the episode as well as listen.

First up in episode 26 we were joined by Shawn P. Walchef who shared his story all about how he grew his BBQ business to four locations AND created a media company above that now helps hospitality tech firms tell their story.

The episode covered so many topics but my favourite has to be the orange tree story and I would encourage every F&B leader to listen to this and create their own story to tell...

Next up is Garin Dart who is the General Manager of Le Pommier Hotel and is fresh off the back of June results where F&B contributed 46% of the hotel revenue. So what does it take to operate such a successful F&B operation?

And last but not least, this week we released my chat with the amazing Mandi Graziano where we talked about what has changed since before the pandemic in Meeting & Events. Mandi is unique because she is trained in operations and sales but now works with the client to find and execute the perfect event.

This is an episode any F&B leader who has a strong M&E business should listen to as Mandi shares what the modern organiser and attendee is looking for, spoiler alert.... its probably not what you think!
