Tell the Truth - Because liars never win.

It’s simple…When you don't tell the truth, you have lied. No gray area here.

Telling the truth, is not always easy. We lie to cover up because we have done something wrong or hurtful, because we haven’t done something we should have or promised to or we want to look or sound better, smarter, more skilled then we are … and the list goes on.

None of these are a reason to lie. “Man-up” and live by the truth. The first lie will always lead to a second and then…a never rending trail of deceit.

You and I cannot stop someone from lying because often they are also (always?) lying to themselves as well. The only way you can help them is by holding a mirror up in front of them and showing them their lies and hope they (and help them) mature and grow the self-confidence to believe in themselves and stop.
