Tell! Teach! Involve!--- The best approach

"Tell me and I forget. Teach me and I may remember. Involve me and I learn." - Benjamin Franklin
This quote has resonated with me deeply throughout my career, especially in talent acquisition. It's a powerful reminder that true growth comes from active participation, not passive reception.
As leaders, we sometimes fall into the trap of simply telling or teaching. We create presentations, deliver directives, and wonder why adoption or understanding falls flat. But how often do we genuinely involve our teams in the process?
How often do we create space for them to contribute, challenge, and shape the direction?
Think about it:
In my experience, the most successful talent strategies are the ones built collaboratively. When people feel heard and valued, their engagement skyrockets and the results speak for themselves.
Let's move beyond "telling" and "teaching" and embrace the power of involvement.
Let's build a culture where everyone feels empowered to learn, grow, and contribute their best.
