A Cape Town based Catering Equipment Supplier, based in Cape Town seeks the service of an Internal Sales & Admin Assistant.

The function includes the following functions & experience ~

General Administration

  • Development & Leading new Procedures
  • Production of documentation, training & result tracking

Skills Required:

  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Initiative and follow through skills
  • Problem Solving ability

New Business Development Team Support

  • Ability to read plans & complete quotes for sales team
  • Ensure quotes & invoices are accurate
  • Negotiate with suppliers on lead times and (at the salespersons discretion) pricing.
  • Order & manage stocks & logistics for jobs

Skills Required:

  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Excellent communication & presentation Skills
  • Strong people skills & a strong eye for detail

Telesales

  • Contact Customers to gain orders
  • Manage ordering, stock receipt & timelines of projects
  • Report to Sales Manager on progress
