1 年Speaking about gender equality the bhr never respected girls in malad location the hr pressureize employee to leave the work . The hr rectuire end up submitting fake documents in part of interview during course of bulk hiring . Later on employees are blamed and removed due to fail bgv . The company never deserves honest employee I recommend each and every never pe a part of organisations who dis repects women no matter their hr management is worst very abusive and the work culture totally over here is haresssment . They are very cheap when its comes to part of employee you have work with honesty . Some sctions should be definetly taken against Teleperformance the worst company ever seen .

1 年Very nice place to work Even I'm also a part of this wonderful company and working from home....with me there is more than 200 agents who recently got to know that Teleperformance will not be paying our salary, Because they don't have system ready for us and few of us not paid since last 2-3 months. I think company should only hire the employee if they can manage the availability for them. I found this usefull so just spreading awareness. Same situation is for Teleperformance gurgaon as well as Mumbai

I had the worst experience with Teleperformance company which is located in Ambattur Chennai India . Got a call from a joker who calls himself as RAJA HR TP , from there finished all the rounds, he collected all my details told i can join from Monday and its a week since then and he is not picking my call , i have never or encountered such recruitment people in my 13 yrs of Bpo experience...... Tell me sir is this the way the HR department works and have you noticed the reviews the Chennai TP has got in the past and if not kindly have a look into it...
