A?new tech-infused football helmet?made its debut last week and could improve in-game communications between coaches and players who are deaf or hard of hearing. Players from Gallaudet University, a private college for deaf and hard of hearing students, donned the helmets Oct. 7 for the Bison's home game in Washington, D.C., against the Division III Hilbert College Hawks. Gallaudet?won the game, 34-20.
