The 50-unit ESB rectifier system is specially customized for telecom base station systems in lrag, providing essential power to the equipment within the stations, meets the power demand of the telecom base station system in normal operation and accident state, and guarantees communication reliability.

The System Overview

EVEREXCEED's latest developed ESB series rectifier system is based on the concept of an "integrated multifunctional base station power suppIy." It utilizes a cabinet as the fundamental unit,integrating multiple modules,including the rectifier module, solar MPPT module, inverter, lithium battery, monitoring module, air conditioning, and power distribution unit (PDU). This provides the essential infrastructure for the construction of telecom base stations.

Design Highlight

All in One: The cabinet is highly integrated and supports not only PV input and AC input, but also diesel input. Different input sources can be selected according to different situations to achieve the purpose of energy savings.

IP65 Protection: Fully dustproof and highly waterproof, specially customized for application scenarios such as desert areas.

Centralized Monitoring System: The built-in FSU monitoring system enables centralized oversight of 50 sites, tracking battery state of charge and PV generation and so on. lt features a B/S architecture for web access, a 4G module, and email alerts.

Standard Interfaces for System Integration: The system offers standard SNMP and Modbus northbound interfaces, as well as operator B interfaces, for DClM integration or third-party system integration, allowing connectivity with the customer's SCADA system.

Multiple Distribution: The integrated distribution system supports AC and PV distribution, two-way battery distribution, and DC distribution, all with surge protection. DC distribution is split into LLVD and BLVD to prevent battery over-discharging.

High Efficiency: The rectifier module has an input power factor of 0.99 and efficiency over 96%, matching the photovoltaic module's 96% efficiency. Both have a compact 1U size and high power density.

Dual Heat Dissipation: The built-in air conditioning system offers temperature control for high-temperature areas.lf it fails, an emergency fan activates to ensure effective cooling and reliable equipment operation.
