TelcoSwitch welcomes trio of hires

Communications Platform as a Service vendor, TelcoSwitch have announced three new hires into its channel sales team as the business gears up for its next growth phase.

Richard Witt joins as Strategic Sales Lead having spent 15 years at Giacom, most recently as Sales Operations Director. Richard is joined by Phil Bates who previously worked in the contact centre channel at CX platform Vizolution, and Martin Wilkinson who spent 10 years at Union Street before joining Giacom under acquisition.

These hires support TelcoSwitch’s strategy to expand its channel partner network, accelerating the number of MSPs delivering its CallSwitch One platform to new markets through seamless software integrations.
