B2B is the key
#B2B is now the focus for revenue growth at most CSPs across the world.
B2B revenues are growing faster than B2C: 5.6% versus 1.6% in 2022 compared to 2021.

B2B Products and Services
The B2B market is pretty complex, both in terms of the products and services that CSPs offer and the customers they serve.
To better understand the current products and services that CSPs provide, and the areas they are expanding into they are divided into five groups, each of which contain both mature and emerging product areas. These are:
Connectivity and communications services account for around 80% of total B2B revenues. The other 20% is divided between hardware and software sales, and other managed services.
