Telarus Partner Summit
How Telarus wows with visuals at its partner summit every year
Technology solutions distributor Telarus wanted to turn up the (creative) volume at its most recent Partner Summit. The annual event successfully utilized visual notes in the past, and this year they wanted to wow in new, bigger ways. Large-scale guitar-shaped engagement walls hit just the right note.
“We wanted to bring back Ink Factory because we had such a great response from attendees last year, but we also wanted to add something new and different. The guitar installation brought an element of surprise.” - Hannah Martin, Graphic Designer at Telarus
The highlights:
“Don’t be afraid to ask for out-of-the-box ideas. Ink Factory can make it happen!” said Martin.

The Big Picture: Translating 3 days of tech talks into stunning visuals
The annual Telarus Partner Summit is jam-packed with learning and networking with the best and brightest in tech. And its Awards Night honoring Million Dollar Rockstars is always a sellout. Finding a creative way to capture the content and celebratory atmosphere was a top priority for Telarus.
At the previous Partner Summit, Ink Factory drew visual notes of the speaker sessions. This year, the team wanted to bring back visual notes and they had an idea for an engagement wall installation: guitars. Each Million Dollar Rockstar winner receives a guitar, so it made sense to use this element in a creative way at the summit.
“Guitars are a recognized part of Partner Summit and it created an element of surprise,” said Martin. “Ink Factory understood our vision and executed it perfectly. They had creative freedom and made the process fun.”

On the show floor, Ink Factory erected a wall featuring large guitar-shaped whiteboards on both sides. Each side featured a question about the role of AI at work. Throughout the summit, attendees were invited to write their responses on sticky notes, and an Ink Factory artist visualized them on the wall.
Ink Factory artists also captured visual notes of 30 speaker sessions. After the event, the visual notes were compiled in a digital book and sent to all attendees.
“The content can be very technical and esoteric,” said Martin. “The artists quickly processed it and created something beautiful. We were so impressed.”
