"GEE, I'm thinking about having some work done on my house, office building, warehouse, or shopping mall" ... this is where the response is... "oh, I know a great contractor, you should call Cape Cod Roofing & Siding" ... they make the call and we generally are able to convert that "lead" into a sale. Sometimes we get those laeds for free and sometimes we have to pay for them... We really don't care how we get them as long as we get them... it's called business and "it is what it is".

         HOWEVER, LET'S CHANGE THE PROCESS TO INCLUDE "YOU" !

• FUNDRAISER... get some volunteers to put it out on Social Media, walk a neighborhood, include our name on your advertising. In most cases, we'll add a donation to your commission.
