Tee-rrific success of EIC's 37th Charity Golf Day

EIC Insurance Services welcomed 128 golfers who made up a total of 32 teams at the picturesque Leighton Buzzard Golf Club held on Friday 2nd September 2022. EIC are delighted to announce that this year’s event raised a total of ￡32,620 for Rennie Grove Peace Hospice Care .

Under the September Sunshine, the players enjoyed a friendly competition, with only a few points separating them at the end of the tournament. The team winner went to PSV Glass, whilst the individual winner was Gary Hennessy with a high score of 43 points!

Following the competition, the event carried on through till the evening which included awards, two-course meal for 150 guests, raffle, and a silent auction to enhance funds raised for the Charity.

This fund-raising event could not take place without the generosity and support of all our players, sponsors and prize givers; our sincere thank you to all.

A special thank you to Ian Styles who has been the charity coordinator for EIC for the past 37 years, and without his tireless dedication, these events would not have been possible. The baton has now been passed to Charlie Hicks , Managing Director of EIC to continue this legacy.
