I chose to write this article because I wanted to share my learnings from a recent TEDx event, but I realized that LinkedIn's post limit might not allow me to share everything I gained from the experience. So, I decided to compile my reflections into this article instead.
A Date to remember 20th April 2024
1. Take action: Don't just plan, but implement your ideas and plans actively.
2. Be innovative: Foster creativity and come up with new solutions or approaches.
3. Build it on your own: Strive for self-reliance by utilizing available resources effectively.
4. Atmanirbhar Bharat - abundant resources: Recognize the wealth of resources within our nation.
5. Swarajya before everything: Prioritize self-governance and empowerment at all levels.
6. Create more leaders: Encourage others to take initiative and become leaders in their own right.
7. Engage others in your dreams: Inspire and involve people in pursuing shared visions and aspirations.
8. Inspire others: Motivate and uplift those around you through your actions and words.
9. Ethics and discipline: Uphold moral standards and maintain self-discipline in all endeavors.
10. Consistency in actions: Be steadfast and consistent in your behavior and decisions.
11. Importance of small steps: Recognize that progress often comes from taking consistent, incremental actions.
12. Your change factor leads to places: Emphasizes that your ability to adapt and evolve can lead to new opportunities and experiences.
13. Youth is the energy powerhouse: Highlighting the vigor and potential of young people to drive positive change and innovation.
14. Acknowledge and embrace setbacks: Understand that setbacks are a natural part of growth and learning, and embracing them can lead to resilience and personal development.
15. J.K. Rowling - Harry Potter global success: Example of how perseverance and creativity can lead to remarkable achievements.
16. Analyzing and improvising: Encourages the ability to assess situations critically and adapt accordingly for better outcomes.
17. "Maan ka ho toh accha, Maan ka na ho toh aur bhi accha": This Hindi phrase suggests that if things go as planned, it's good, but if they don't, it's even better, implying that there's a silver lining in every situation.
18. Determination and dedication: Stressing the importance of being steadfast and committed to achieving one's goals.
19. Embrace failure as a tool of growth: Viewing failures as opportunities for learning and improvement rather than setbacks.
20. Live each day as if it is your last day: Encourages living life to the fullest and appreciating each moment.
21. Setbacks as motivation: Using setbacks as fuel to drive further determination and effort towards success.
22. Set the goals clearly - what, why, how: Importance of setting clear, specific goals with a clear understanding of their purpose and the steps needed to achieve them.
23. Avoid procrastination and have time management: Stressing the importance of effective time management and avoiding procrastination to make the most out of each day.
24. Values and character building - it will retain that position: Building strong moral values and character traits can lead to long-term success and fulfillment.
25. Positive self-belief: Believing in oneself and one's abilities is crucial for overcoming challenges and achieving goals.
26. Try to have harmony: Strive for balance and harmony in various aspects of life for overall well-being and contentment.

27. The person who thinks he can win: Emphasizes the power of positive thinking and self-confidence in achieving success.
28. Mistake of doing mental accounting: Recognize the pitfalls of compartmentalizing finances mentally instead of treating all money equally.
29. Treat all money which you are getting: Practice treating all income with equal importance and consideration.
30. Regret aversion: Avoid making decisions based solely on fear of regret, as it can hinder progress and growth.

35. Anchoring bias: Be mindful of the tendency to rely too heavily on initial information or experiences when making decisions.
36. Risk aversion: Understand the importance of taking calculated risks and not letting fear of failure prevent you from seizing opportunities.
37. Even if you gain 100 and lose 20 people will hold on to failure: Recognize the psychological tendency to focus more on losses than gains and strive to maintain a balanced perspective.
38. Confirmation bias: Guard against the inclination to seek out information that confirms preexisting beliefs while ignoring contradictory evidence.
39. Overconfidence - under-diversion: Avoid overestimating your abilities or knowledge while underestimating potential risks or uncertainties.
40. Common sense, psychological: Utilize common sense in decision-making while considering psychological factors that may influence behavior.
41. Risk tolerance is different for everyone; don't compare: Understand that individuals have varying levels of risk tolerance, so it's essential not to compare your risk-taking behavior to others'.
42. Time is very important: Recognize the significance of time and the need to use it wisely and efficiently.
43. Hard work and discipline: Understand that achieving goals often requires dedication, effort, and consistency.
44. You will not need motivation when you want something from the heart; for that, you will do your best: Emphasizes that genuine passion and desire can be powerful driving forces, eliminating the need for external motivation as you naturally give your best effort towards what you truly desire.
45. "Fight there on the front": Face challenges head-on, confronting them directly.
46. "It's a cruel world out there to be respected you need to be strong": Recognize the harsh realities of the world and understand that strength is essential for earning respect.
47. "Veer bhogaye vasundhra": Brave is the one who enjoys the earth.
48. "Strive to be strong": Aim to cultivate inner strength and resilience.
49. "Try and commit to giving constructive in life": Endeavor to contribute positively to life and situations, focusing on constructive actions and attitudes.
50. "Never give up; all will fall sooner or later": Encouragement to persevere despite challenges, knowing that obstacles will eventually diminish.
51. "You lose when you stop trying and you give up": Emphasizes the importance of persistence and effort, as giving up leads to defeat.
52. "No matter how the situation is, see the positive side; be optimistic and create a healthy environment; humor can ease out the situation": Advocate for maintaining a positive outlook, even in difficult circumstances, and utilizing humor to alleviate tension and stress.
53. "Leaders arise": Encourages individuals to step up and take on leadership roles when needed.
54. "Do what I do": Suggests leading by example, implying that actions should align with words or teachings.
