TEDx, Drawing, and Books & Boo
Hello You,
It feels like September has been a month of transition with a few glimpses of sun before we head into Autumn. I had a lovely long weekend in Kent at the beginning of the month, saw a brilliant film (Lee, with Kate Winslet) at the newly opened Arc Cinema in Rotherham, and came across the best slide ever in a pub garden in Merton.
? Three sips this month… ??
Be a speaker at TEDx Northwich 2025
Earlier this year, I surprised myself (and others) by sharing an idea on stage at TEDxNorthwich . The team are now accepting speaker applications for 2025; if it’s your dream to do a TEDx talk, or you have an idea worth sharing, I would highly recommend TEDx Northwich – the support was incredible.
Draw a light-hearted life for yourself (arTEA break)
In September, I launched my first arTEA break, a monthly themed group drawing session. This online session is a breather from your busy life and stretch the creative side of your brain. You don’t have to be ‘good’ at art, and there’s no obligation to show your work, or your face. Below is my doodle from the last arTEA break. The prompt was ‘back to school’.
The next session is on Fri 18th Oct 2024, 12 midday. See you there ??

Books & Boo Boutique (Launching soon!)
I’ve teamed up with my sister, @Beck Warburton, to combine my love of books and her love of Halloween to create a cosy studio shop full of our artwork. To begin with, we’re selling wall art, but hope to build a range of products including bookmarks, stickers, sketchbooks and more.
Keep an eye out for Books & Boo Boutique coming soon.
