TechSeed launches new Hyperautomation Company in Malm? with Managing Director Richard Pauly

TechSeed announces the launch of another company in southern Sweden focused on automation, integration, and development. The company will be led by Richard Pauly, who most recently held the position of site manager for HiQ's Malm? office.

"The market for automation and integration services is strong and growing, so it feels natural to start a company with this focus here in Malm?," says ?sa Melvanius, Head of Region South at TechSeed, and continues, "In a connected world where data availability increases and AI helps us with decision-making and analysis, much of the work that we humans neither find enjoyable nor exciting can be automated, and this is something we want to help our customers with. That's why we're investing in establishing ourselves in this area."

Richard Pauly will be the Managing Director of the new company. He has a long background in the consulting industry and comes most recently from HiQ, where he was the site manager for the company's Malm? operations.

"We are incredibly happy to have Richard on board at TechSeed," says Sven Ivar M?rch, CEO of TechSeed Group, and continues, "I have previously worked with Richard and know what an asset he is in terms of both technical depth and leadership, so it is very exciting that he wants to join us on the journey to build TechSeed in Malm?."

The company, named TechSeed Hyperautomation Syd AB, will be TechSeed's third company in the domain, focusing on systematically helping customers identify, review, and automate business and IT processes. The area involves many technologies, tools, and platforms such as artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, software architecture, robotic process automation (RPA), business process management (BPM), integration platform as a service (iPaaS), process and task automation tools, as well as custom solutions.
