The United States took a bold step in advancing its global leadership in artificial intelligence by announcing significant private-sector investments in AI infrastructure.
U.S. President Donald Trump, upon taking office, announced a private sector investment of up to $500 billion to fund infrastructure for artificial intelligence. This features ChatGPT's creator OpenAI, SoftBank and Oracle (ORCL.N) entering a joint venture called Stargate, which is estimated to build data centers and create more than 100,000 jobs in the?United?States.
