?? Microsoft launches Power Automate Process Mining and next-generation AI

???? Meta launches own AI code-writing tool: Code Llama?

Meta has released Code Llama, a large language model built on top of Llama 2 that specializes in generating and debugging code. Meta claims that Code Llama performs better than other publicly available LLMs on coding tasks, but it did not specifically name which models were tested.

??? Midjourney releases their own version of Generative Fill, competing directly with Photoshop

The new "vary region" allows you to add entirely new elements within preexisting images and elements that fit the original image’s style.

?? AI has already created as many images as photographers have taken in 150 Years

As of Aug 2023, AI has created 15B images:

• DALLE-2 → 916M images in 15 months
• Midjourney → 964M images in 13 months
• Adobe Firefly → 1B Images in 3 months
• Stable Diffusion → 12.5B images! (80% of total AI images) in 12 months

?? Google created an AI that can reconstruct music from human brain activity

The AI model, Brain2Music, can create musical compositions by interpreting functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) data, which traces the flow of oxygen-rich blood in the brain and identifies active regions.
