The satellite, the largest ever tested in Thailand, is being subjected to rigorous thermal vacuum, vibration, and mass properties testing to ensure its efficiency. Pornthep Navakitkanok, Director of GISTDA’s National Satellite Manufacturing Centre, highlighted the importance of this milestone in enhancing Thailand's reputation and potential in the global space industry.

Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM), along with Payments Network Malaysia (PayNet) and financial institutions, has launched the National Fraud Platform (NFP) to enhance the capabilities of the National Scam Response Centre (NSRC).

The NFP automates the entire process of handling scam reports and tracing stolen funds, allowing financial institutions to quickly track and recover funds across the financial system. It also facilitates effective information sharing and collaboration within the industry, enabling better identification and monitoring of mule accounts. In addition to the NFP, the financial industry has agreed on standardized procedures for reporting and handling mule accounts to improve data quality and ensure affected account holders can access basic financial services. These efforts support BNM’s multi-pronged approach to combating financial scams, which includes ensuring fair treatment for victims of unauthorized transactions.
