4 年Great article. From the experience of the last years I′ll put Outsourcers in 4 categories: 1. Not really doing RPA yet (gets less and less) 2. Doing RPA large-scale, but only if their customers force them. Little to no activity to innovate themselves. 3. Doing active RPA projects with saving share. Little innovation to go the next level with process discovery and AI... 4. Have Automation, AI and new tools as a key part of their differentiation strategy and know that actively driving it will save more business long-term than losing short-term. (Obviously I preferred to love with the last ones). Interestingly enough it is not related to the company, but even with the team at the Outsourcer you′re working with and who′s the lead partner behind.
