【Technique】Heat Exchanger Core Technique improvement

Our factory placed great emphasis on the intercooler core and radiator core?customize?and are keeping on make the

improvement of the producing technique to supply the high quality core for racing cars etc.

Process

1. Developing the mould to?punching the header.

(PS: This is the photos of the mould. So that the hole on the header can be?punched, then assemble the core.?)

Core assemble - Core Testing-Core Brazing- Testing- Packing

Each core should be tested before packing to make sure there is no leak. Or may cause the loss after the tank welded.

(PS: we use the ATEQ to test each core, to make sure there is no leaking of the core?)

The intercooler and radiator core also do support customize according to the drawing or samples.
