We are currently looking for an outstanding Technical Project Manager to join our engineering team and successfully manage their work process for mutual success!

Your everyday adventures will be:

- Directing and coordinating multiple web and mobile projects from initiation phase through to implementation phase;

- Translation of business requirements into technology solutions and participation in the analysis, evaluation and choice of development toolchains;

- Working closely with cross-functional teams in order to define scope, goals and deliverables in alignment with our clients’ goals and our business strategy;

- Project estimations and resource planning;

- Tracking and reporting on progress. Aiming for delivery of quality solutions on time;

- Proactively managing changes and improvements in project scope, identifying issues and driving for resolution;

- Managing relationships with new clients and partners;

- Ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned towards a common goal by meeting and receiving feedback on an ongoing basis;

- Organizing and facilitating of daily stand-ups and retrospectives at the end of each sprint. Creating an environment in which the team is continuously learning and encouraged to reflect and improve their delivery capacity;

- Coordinating communication between teams and facilitating productive discussions;

- You may also have people management responsibilities.

What kind of person we need:

- At least 4 - 5 years of technical delivery experience with a demonstrated PM track record in web projects;

- Full understanding of how to manage an end-to-end technical?project lifecycle, from idea inception through development and launch;

- Demonstrated experience simultaneously working on multiple projects with multiple partners;

- Experience with both Waterfall and Agile;

- Strong background in different aspects of technology including object-oriented programming languages. Experience in .NET, PHP or JavaScript is a plus;

- Experience facilitating rapid application development teams to deliver technology solutions on time, on budget, and according to client requirements;

- Experience using an agile delivery management platform, JIRA preferred;

- Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science or a related field is a plus;

- Fluent English language.
