4. Heat balance calculation method

Basic parameters: According to the inspection results of the first three samples, it can be observed that when the water content is about 20%, the calorific value of the garbage is about 2000kcal/kg.

1) Calculated according to the original sludge moisture content

(1) Hexi sludge treatment: After drying the original sludge with 72.26% water content to 15% water content per ton, 376.75 kg of dry sludge can be obtained, and 653.25 kg of water can be dried; The obtained heat is 376.75*2000*0.75 (pyrolysis efficiency) = 565125 (kcal), the heat required for the original sludge drying is 0.65325 tons * 600000/0.7 = 560000 (kcal), the heat generated by the sludge pyrolysis in this project can basically be Maintain its own drying.


(2) Hedong sludge treatment: After drying the original sludge with 85.6% water content to 20% water content per ton, 180kg of dry sludge can be obtained, and 820kg of water can be dried; after drying, the sludge can be heated by pyrolysis and gasification 180*2000*0.75 (pyrolysis efficiency) = 270000 (kcal), the heat required for the original sludge drying is 0.82 tons * 600000/0.7 = 702857 (kcal), the heat generated by the pyrolysis of the sludge in this project cannot maintain its own For drying, it is necessary to add an auxiliary heat source of 432857kcal, the calorific value of rice husk is about 3300kacl/kg, and 132kg of rice husk is added.


(3) Treatment of reclaimed water sludge: After drying the original sludge with 79% water content to 20% water content per ton, 262.5kg of dry sludge can be obtained, and 737.5kg of water can be dried; after drying, the sludge is gasified by pyrolysis The heat that can be obtained is 262.5*2000*0.75 (pyrolysis efficiency) = 393750 (kcal), the heat required for the original sludge drying is 0.7375 tons * 600000/0.7 = 632143 (kcal), the heat generated by the sludge pyrolysis in this project cannot be To maintain its own drying, it is necessary to add an auxiliary heat source of 238393kcal, the calorific value of the rice husk is about 3300kacl/kg, and the rice husk is added 73kg.


(4) Sludge treatment in the West Station: 192.5kg of dry sludge can be obtained after drying the original sludge with 84.6% water content to 20% water per ton, and 807.5kg of water can be dried; after drying, the sludge is gasified by pyrolysis The heat that can be obtained is 192.5*2000*0.75 (pyrolysis efficiency) = 288750 (kcal), the heat required for the original sludge drying is 0.8075 tons * 600000/0.7 = 692142 (kcal), the heat generated by the sludge pyrolysis in this project cannot be To maintain its own drying, it is necessary to add an auxiliary heat source of 403392kcal, the calorific value of the rice husk is about 3300kacl/kg, and the added rice husk is 123kg.


(5) Sludge treatment in the north of the city: 167.5kg of dry sludge can be obtained after drying the original sludge with water content of 86.6% per ton to 20% water content, and 832.5kg of water can be dried; The heat obtained is 167.5*2000*0.75 (pyrolysis efficiency) = 251250 (kcal), the heat required for the original sludge drying is 0.8325 tons * 600000/0.7 = 713572 (kcal), the heat generated by the sludge pyrolysis in this project cannot be maintained For its own drying, it is necessary to add an auxiliary heat source of 462322kcal, the calorific value of the rice husk is about 3300kacl/kg, and the added rice husk is 140kg.


2) Calculated according to the moisture content of the garbage after filter press: According to the above data, when the moisture content of the garbage does not exceed 72%, the heat of the sludge itself can be vaporized and burned to dry itself. Therefore, in principle, the sludge with 60% water content after filter press does not need to add auxiliary heat source.

3) Although there is no need to add a heat source, the morphology of the sludge and the effect of pyrolysis and gasification must be considered. A certain amount of auxiliary fuel is still required when necessary.

4) The above data calculation is only responsible for the incoming sample data, and the actual operation should be determined according to the actual situation on site.
