Note: Must Have Hoteling Or Hospitality Experience Candidate must be available to work on EST hours

Job Description:

We’re looking for a candidate with previous experience in hoteling, cruising, airlines, etc. Good experience with any hospitality products like?Oracle-Opera , Amadeus, Travel box, HotSOS & Travelport would be great plus. Hardware and Software Management: Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of hospitality software systems such as PMS, CRM, booking platforms, and revenue management systems during and post project implementation.

PMS (Property Management System), CRS (Central Reservation System), Ops (Operations Management System) &?Facilities Management Systems. 8+ years equivalent work experience. Experience preferred in project management, business analysis, or system design. Conflict resolution and problem-solving techniques required. Good presentation, facilitation, communication, and negotiation skills required.

Candidate should have good experience BA with Hotel PMS, CRS, POS systems Very highly developed written and verbal communication skills (including the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to a non-technical audience) Business Analyst— proven success collaborating directly with internal customers to understand their needs and translate them into a working solution Adaptability — a fast learner with a willingness to build solutions using tools to which you may have had little previous exposure Empathy—the innate ability to understand the challenges faced by our customers, and the drive to resolve them.
