Driving the news:?Food and grocery delivery startup?Swiggy is likely to file ?its draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) this weekend, sources told us.

• The approval for its confidential filing from market regulator Sebi is almost through, one of the sources said

• After the filing, the company's management will take part in investor roadshows in the coming weeks across India, US and Singapore

High expectations: Swiggy's public issue is one of the most anticipated this year, amid a rush of new age economy IPOs that have taken advantage of a thriving bull market.
