? Simplify before you start shopping for tech: Cut out unnecessary steps instead of automating clutter.

? Use what you already have: Most people under-use the tools they own. Educate yourself on the functionality of the tools you have and think about how you can make them work harder for you.?

? Make support and training a deal breaker: THIS! A great tech tool is only great if it has the right support behind it. Nothing is more frustrating than trying to accomplish something and getting stuck without a responsive support team to help you out.?

? Get expert advice: A fresh perspective can save you months of trial and error. Sometimes the extra money spent on an expert is the best money-saver in the world.

?? HAVE: A tech stack that truly serves your business, not overwhelms it.
