It's Tech Tuesday & I'm sharing a few of my current top Go-To Tech Resources for Video Editing Tools that help me create videos quick & dirty (just how I like it).
Wave.video for the basics and to get started with Livestreaming is a bonus tool
To kick things off I'll start with Wave.video as a super quick helper to create some cool intro/outro videos, promos, testimonials, & much more all through your browser all on a basic premise. Now that they've created their own studio, folks can go Live using them. I'll share my Live tools in another issue. If you have a video that you want to make or "spice up" Wave.video is a great option to try. Not too technical and they have some great templates to get you started, and you can customize them to your liking.
Invideo gives you some pro feel without the pro skills required
Next is Invideo because they allow you to take your video editing to another level but still not have to dive into your Adobe Toolbox just if you don't want to. Another browser tool, Invideo takes some work out of editing and still allows you to create powerful, edited videos that bring attention to your content. And for those still shy about being on video, you can try their Text to Video feature.
Wisecut brings AI to the table to help you step up your video editing game
Third is my new favorite tool, Wisecut! Talk about helping to chop up a video quickly and remove the drama of transcript editing! This tool has been a lifesaver in cutting out the filler words, creating jump cuts, creating new projects from clips, and helping to add music to a video while lowering the music where there is a person speaking - all without me looking! Try out Wisecut and see how you can speed up grabbing some quick clips for your projects.
Descript will bring the Dub to the club and let you do some clean cuts
Finally, I do some action with Descript. Not an in-browser tool but an app that you use on your desktop and this gives you some room to focus on editing your podcasts, video, screen recordings, and transcripts. I love the fact that Descript also allows you to "fix" any audio errors that might have happened during recording such as mispronunciations by using their "Dub" tool. There are tons of other features including editing your video through transcription editing, identifying multiple speakers, removing filler words, and so much more.
