Tech Trends 2017
As we are about to enter 2017, I have jotted a list of areas/technologies/trends which I am looking forward to explore more in coming months which I believe are going to be top trends in coming year.
Server less architecture – It has been a hot cake in 2016 and in 2017 it is going to mature more. Right from AWS Lamba leading the way this is defiantly the way forward. Few articles for interest are
Blockchains and distributed ledgers – It is the way of recording data, it is a digital ledger of transactions, agreements, contracts - anything that needs to be independently recorded and verified as having happened

Bots as service – Given on average the most used app on any smart phone is some sort of chat service, communication bots are going to be the future. Microsoft has recently pushed it bot framework and google has purchased API.ai. Developing mobile apps involves lot of complexity and common users don’t have high number of apps on their smart phone.

AI and machine learning – Applications are going to get smarter and will lead the next set of transformations. IT Operations and Big data would be areas where there is a huge scope for applying these.

8 年Good list of trending tech for 2017. With Marc Z coming up with his own 'Jarvis' on the Eve of new year.. IoT will be something which i feel will see an exponential growth with new frameworks for intersystem communication already being explored. I would love to have my own smart T-shirt cannon inside the wardrobe. :)
