Outsourcing Things Done is a company that hires and manages executive assistants based in Manila for people like COOs. They’ll interview and train them for you. You just have to assign weekly tasks to your new assistant and they’ll get right through them just like a normal assistant would.

You can communicate with them via their company Wiki & Task software as well as through video calls and email. They’re very well qualified and have business degrees from the top schools.

This piece of technology is absolutely amazing to help you outsource work.

Time Scroller

Time Scroller is a great free app for iPhones and widget for MACs that allows you to see multiple cities’ time zones at the same time. All you need to do is scroll over with the mouse and it shows you when meetings can be set up at times that make sense for people in different time zones, countries, etc.

Cameron Herold grew up in a small town in Northern Canada. When his father, an entrepreneur, figured out that Cameron wasn’t going to fit into what they were teaching in school—because of his severe ADD—he taught him to hate working traditional ‘jobs’ and to love creating companies that employed others.
