Switching to Zoho CRM after 7 years of Salesforce

Enzumo is an Xplan (financial planning software) consultancy and customisation services provider with offices in Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne. Being in the software?business?themselves, the team at Enzumo understood the importance of a CRM system. They adopted Salesforce, but over time, it became harder to sustain due to its complexity.

That's when Zoho CRM emerged as a preferable alternative. Enzumo's sales team often spends up to three months negotiating with a prospect before closing a deal, which is why the Deals module is indispensable. "I look at the Kanban view to check on the status of deals and the revenues in each stage. Reports aside, this gives a clearer picture of where the sales team is with everything," said Peter Worn, head of strategic partnerships at Enzumo.
