I think one of the biggest challenges in AI adoption for Canada is our culture of risk aversion. It makes it very hard for organizations to take the leap and actually invest in new innovations because most company cultures do not reward or performance manage risk-taking. This root cause of poor AI adoption must be addressed if we are going to lead instead of follow.
