Nexthink reaches 1 million endpoints milestone with HCLTech

Nexthink announced that it now manages 1 million endpoints while working with HCLTech clients. More details here:

GSIs and managed digital workplace service providers are key DEX solutions GTM channels, and Nexthink has many GSIs as partners. HCLTech, on the other hand, is a leading GSI and digital workplace service provider and partners with many DEX providers, including Nexthink. The number is a small percentage compared to the total endpoints managed by HCLTech. This is because providers, in general, are not able to bring every client to the same level of maturity with respect to DEX yet. However, the progress is good, and they usually scale up managing a large number of endpoints using other DEX solutions as well.

Parallels offering rebates to invite more partners

Parallels has announced lucrative rebates and offers for partners to assist clients transitioning from Citrix to Parallels. More details here:

Although the recent changes in Citrix licensing also now include NetScaler and the newly acquired endpoint monitoring capabilities (UberAgent), many SMBs and small clients are finding it costly and complicated. While they look for alternatives, Parallels positions itself strongly by attracting more partners.

Managed workplace services

NTT DATA finds new client in FBI

NTT DATA announced that the FBI has selected it for a new IT services contract. More details here:

NTT DATA was identified as a Leader in the 2023 ISG Provider Lens Future of Work - services US Public sector report for end-user technology services. This contract includes complete IT services and possibly digital workplace services. Supporting the FBI and the DOJ's mission-critical operations could be a great reference case point for NTT DATA to showcase in the future.

TCS reports great results among growth in deals involving digital workplace services

This week 塔塔咨询服务公司 announced strong quarterly results. More details here:

TCS's results are a glimmer of hope and optimism among the gloomy global picture. Also, TCS includes a digital workplace as one of the key themes for new deals, contributing to solid growth. TCS is a strong player in the digital workplace and the larger future of work - services, and I have positioned it as a Leader in my report last year.

Tech Mahindra strengthens its partnership with Microsoft for Copilot

Tech Mahindra announced significant boost to its partnership with Microsoft for upgrading its own workforce and improving its future of work services capabilities leveraging Microsoft's leading AI solutions. More details here:

I recently learned about Tech M's amplifAI, which covers enterprise search, assists in code and content generation and supports diverse data types. A dedicated practice for Copilot and an enterprise search solutions enhances Tech Mahindra's services and solutions portfolio.

MangoApps launches dedicated offering for SMBs

MangoApps has launched a new offering dedicated to SMBs. More details here:

MangoApps is a strong brand in the employee engagement and modern intranet space. As the modern work technology environment brings different capabilities from the UC, UCC, engagement, productivity and collaborative work solutions space into a consolidated offering, this new target solution will be a good option for SMB clients. However, I saw a limited focus on AI in their messaging, which everyone expects nowadays, even if it sounds boring!

Zoom adds Workflow Automation

Zoom has added Workflow Automation capabilities in its platform. More details here:

This follows the recent interview with Zoom's Chief Growth Officer, who spoke about how Zoom is transitioning to something beyond a video platform. With Workvivo, it has the employee engagement piece, and now, with workflow automation, it also has efficient task management and productivity enhancement capabilities leveraging automation and AI.
