Hey there, Nissan! It's great to have you on the show today. Can you start by telling us a little bit about HumAIns and the services you provide?

Sure thing! So, HumAIns are these really cool AI agents that we've designed specifically for businesses to use for their outbound tasks. The idea is to deliver a human-like experience with the scalability of computer capabilities, so businesses can really take their customer engagement to the next level.

These AI agents are proactive and autonomous, which means they can really help businesses streamline their strategies and enhance their ROI. And by foretelling user requirements and executing real-world actions, HumAIns can help businesses boost customer engagement, offer tailored experiences, and even elevate conversion rates.

It's all about making the most of technology to help businesses grow and succeed. And that's exactly what HumAIns can do!

So, Nissan, can you tell us a bit about how Generative AI, NLP, and LLMs play a role in your solutions?

Absolutely! These technologies are like the backbone of what we do at HumAIns. Generative AI helps us create responses that are really tailored to each individual customer, while NLP makes sure those responses are processed and understood in a natural way. And then there's LLMs - they're like the foundation for all of this to happen. They help our AI agents understand the context and nuances of human language, so the responses they generate are even more natural and relevant.

It all adds up to a really personalized and engaging experience for the customer. And by harnessing the power of these technologies, we're able to deliver improved customer experiences and higher conversion rates for our clients. It's pretty amazing, if you ask me!

Wow, it sounds like you've had the chance to work on some really exciting projects at HumAIns! Can you tell us a bit more about what you've been up to?


Definitely! So, one of the projects we're most proud of is the work we did for the Israeli Electric Company. We developed inbound and outbound agents for them to improve their customer service and streamline their communication processes. Our HumAIns technology allowed the company to handle more customer queries, provide faster response times, and offer personalized solutions - all while reducing operational costs.


Another project we're really excited about is the virtual teacher we created for AMIT High School. This AI-driven teacher was able to adapt its teaching methods based on individual student needs, leading to more effective learning outcomes and increased student engagement. It was a great way to showcase how our HumAIns technology can be used in education.


And those are just a couple examples - we're also working on a number of other projects across various industries, such as automotive and insurance, that we can't wait to share with you. These projects will further demonstrate the potential of our HumAIns technology in transforming customer interactions and business automation.

So Nissan, what do you see in the future for Generative AI and the use of these technologies? How do you think they'll evolve and what kind of impact could they have on the industry?

Well, I think the next few years are going to be really exciting for Generative AI and these technologies. We're already seeing some major trends and developments, and I think they're only going to continue to grow and evolve.

For example, we're going to see even more personalization in AI interactions. As these technologies advance, AI agents like HumAIns are going to get even better at understanding user preferences and context, which will lead to even more personalized experiences for customers. And speaking of conversations, I think we're going to see some major advancements in conversational capabilities too. With the evolution of NLP and LLMs, AI agents are going to be able to handle even more complex dialogues and provide more accurate responses based on context.

And I think we're going to see AI agents become even more proactive in their interactions with users. They'll start anticipating needs and offering solutions before users even realize they need help. And, we're going to see these technologies spread across even more industries, like healthcare, finance, retail, education, and more. It's all going to lead to improved customer service experiences and more streamlined business processes.

And finally, I think we're going to see a shift towards collaboration between humans and AI. In the future, I see humans working alongside AI-powered agents like HumAIns to enhance productivity, while still maintaining human oversight over critical decisions.

It's all really exciting stuff, and I can't wait to see what the future holds!

So, what do you think about the potential for HumAIns in Saudi Arabia?

I think there's a ton of potential for HumAIns in the region! Saudi Arabia has a rapidly growing economy and is really focused on digital transformation, which is creating a huge demand for innovative solutions like ours. There's a big push for digitalization across different sectors, like healthcare and finance, and I think HumAIns can really help to enhance customer experiences and streamline business processes.

And let's not forget about the booming e-commerce market and the development of smart cities - those are all factors that are contributing to the need for advanced AI-driven services like ours. All in all, I think there's a lot of excitement and opportunity for HumAIns in Saudi Arabia, and I can't wait to see what the future holds!

So, what do you think about the challenges and opportunities for HumAIns in the Saudi market?

There's definitely a mix of both! On one hand, there are some unique cultural differences that we need to be aware of, as well as making sure our AI agents can understand and communicate effectively in Arabic. And, of course, we need to make sure we're following all the local regulations and laws.

But on the other hand, there are some really exciting opportunities too! The government's focus on digital transformation creates a huge opportunity for us to showcase what we can do. And with the growing e-commerce market and smart city development, there's a lot of potential for our AI agents to make a big impact and really improve customer experiences.

To address these challenges and make the most of these opportunities, we're going to focus on understanding the local culture, improving language support, working with local partners to navigate regulations, and participating in digital transformation initiatives. And while we're starting with English-speaking countries, our goal is to eventually expand to Arabic-speaking countries as well.

So, how do we make sure that what we're doing is actually aligned with our clients' goals and objectives?

Well, first of all, we know that every client is different, so we've made our HumAIns product flexible and customizable. For example, businesses can adjust the behavior of the AI agents through our API, so they can make it work best for them.

But if a client has more complex needs, we can also offer tailored optimization services. We'll work closely with them to understand their challenges and goals, and make sure our HumAIns technology is tailored just for them.

And throughout the implementation process, we'll keep the lines of communication open. We want to hear what our clients have to say, and make any necessary adjustments to make sure we're staying on track.

We also use data to help our clients see what's working and what's not, so they can make informed decisions about their strategy. And even after deployment, we're here to help. We'll keep monitoring performance, provide support, and make updates as needed.
