Job Title: Tech Lead - React JS/JavaScript/HTML Development

Location: Bangalore

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead with a strong background in React JS, JavaScript, and HTML development. The ideal candidate will have 7-10+ years of extensive experience in web development and be passionate about leading technical initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor a team of developers in React JS, JavaScript, and HTML development projects.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement scalable web solutions.

- Drive technical excellence by implementing best practices, coding standards, and architectural principles.

- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure high-quality deliverables.

- Stay updated with the latest technologies, trends, and innovations in web development.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Minimum 7-10+ years of hands-on experience in React JS, JavaScript, and HTML development.

- Proven track record as a Tech Lead with at least 4+ years of leadership experience.

- Experience in web development for Smart TV applications is highly desirable.

- Proficiency in working with various web browsers such as Edge, Chrome, Firefox, etc.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
