In current scenario we can not we can not train every body on common platform or with common methods. Currently too much ( confusing) information available on AI , Google, U-Tube, FB, IG, etc. How an individual brain evaluates or perceive we cant fathom. Tech infused or some thing other or in future some more involving inventions may be there as evolution will continue. The best way to make better employees is value based training , attitude behaviour, company values alignment with his values will work more. Ultimately we are working with human beings made of same flesh, bone blood but different in emotion , intellect, Also currently humans are overstimulated because of Social Media, social inequality, alluring offers, blind race to move forward ,outshine others, greed etc. We need to calm them . So working more on emotions will be need of future. That will evolve them more.
