Tech for Good made a Splash at CES Unveiled 2023

Last night, 176 CES exhibitors showed off tech innovations at Las Vegas Unveiled — a sneak peak at some of the tech we'll see on the show floor when #CES2023 officially opens tomorrow. This event caters to the thousands of global media who attend CES, which makes it a great way for companies to make a splash and get media coverage. (In fact, I think it's one of the best "bang for your buck" events at CES.)

With so many exhibitors in the room, I couldn't see everything. But what I did see was incredible, and I wanted to shout out some of the great booths I visited:

  • OneThird : A?#foodtech startup from the Netherlands focused on reducing food waste by improving #supplychains and making anyone a shelf life prediction expert. They can assess foods including avocados, strawberries and mangos, and are poised to expand to 10 products.
  • CytoAurora Biotechnologies: This company from Taiwan has created high accuracy assessments that can detect over a dozen cancers through blood draws and cutting-edge biomedical chips. The best part: it's already rolled out for use in hospital labs. #digitalhealth
  • SPARTHA Medical : Committed to making the world a healthier place, this Strasbourg, France company has developed an anti-microbial, anti-viral spray. #digitalhealth
  • FACIL'iti | Certifiée B Corp : Another great French company, FACIL'iti's innovative digital accessibility software makes websites more accessible for people with cognitive, visual and motor impairments. #Accessibility
  • Jabra : Well known for their high-end audio products, Copenhagen-based Jabra has released hearing amplification earbuds, marketed for the first time as OTC hearing aids in the United States thanks to recent U.S. Food and Drug administration approval. #digitalhealth #audiotech
  • Moen : In addition to a range of #smarthome tech, Moen is showcasing a smart sprinkler and smart soil monitor to reduce water waste. #sustainability
  • Dracula Technologies : This French company turns ambient light into energy with printed solar cells smaller than your cell phone, designed to sustainably power low-energy devices. #sustainability #smarthome

What do all these technologies have in common? They're all helping to create a healthier, greener, more sustainable world — a key theme at #CES2023. Look for these technologies and others like #metaverse, #AR, #VR, #AI, #robotics, #smartcities, #automotive and more when the show floor opens to attendees on January 5th!
