?Captain’s Log:
For one of our digital banking customers, we transformed their customer experiences by implementing data-driven segmentation strategies. We developed a Customer Quality Score (CQS) and average monthly balance (AMB) efficiently categorized customers to prioritize them for processes like FKYC, personalized product recommendations, and to offer exclusive tailored deals. The CQS was built on a bunch of factors including credit scores, financial behavior, engagement pattern, customer demographics and their digital footprints. The CQS approach developed by Ganit led to a 7-8% increase in high-quality customer acquisition, quicker identification of high-value customers thereby lowering CAC to 0.5x, and a remarkable 26% improvement in lead conversion rates.
