Ganit's product team successfully addressed this for a major insurance provider, automating several business processes and enabling the business to seamlessly utilize model outputs. Manual document segregation is now automated, integrating policy input documents from client sources, processing them via an information model, and presenting them to users. This system processes over 10,000 claims per day. After user verification, the documents proceed to the next department, maintaining a 25-minute turnaround time (TAT). The team implemented SAML login, private environment deployment, document locking (preventing simultaneous document use), and complex business flows like segregation based on policy types, admission dates, and other rules.
